My supervision style has been called ‘nurturing’; holding safe space for both you and your clients. I also bring humour to our work!
I tend to use a combination of both counselling and coaching in our work together so that you can grow and develop in your practice. I also believe I am always learning from my supervisees too!
I find many supervisees tend focus on what they could have done differently so I like to give space for recognising the positive client work you’re doing also!
I believe my purpose is to help individuals realise their potential.
I also work with schools providing supervision for their pastoral and safeguarding teams.
I hold an OCN Certificate in Counselling Supervision and have availability for supervisees.

Supervision is a requirement for ethical practice for those who are members of professional bodies, such as the BACP, UKCP and NCS.
"Supervision is essential to how practitioners sustain good practice throughout their working life. Supervision provides practitioners with regular and ongoing opportunities to reflect in depth about all aspects of their practice in order to work as effectively, safely and ethically as possible. Supervision also sustains the personal resourcefulness required to undertake the work." (BACP Ethical Framework, 2018)
