I'm an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have a background in learning and development.

I use a range of interventions with clients, depending on your needs. I work with whatever you choose to bring to our sessions and create a safe, empathic and non-judgemental environment in which you can explore and better understand your thoughts and feelings.

I'm also an NLP Practitioner and believe my background in people development and coaching further enhances my counselling practice.

In addition to Counselling and Couple, Throuple & Polycule Therapy, I offer Coaching and Personal Consultancy (a combination of coaching and counselling).

I'm a clinical Supervisor, providing Supervision to other therapists and work closely with a number of schools providing support to Safeguarding and Pastoral teams.

Previously, I was the Managing Director of a global learning and development company, so understand the pressures and challenges of the working environment, including leading and managing people.

I have also worked for charitable organisations working with adults and young people with a range of presenting issues. I have also been an Advocate, representing under 18s at Child Protection Conferences.

I am passionate about the outdoors and how nature can have a positive effect on our mental wellbeing. so I can offer Nature therapy when appropriate. 

I offer face-to-face, online and phone counselling.

I work with both short-term interventions and long-term support depending on your requirements. I will work alongside you in a confidential, non-judgemental and empathic way, which will allow you the time and space to explore your feelings and face whatever issues you have to enable you to move forward.

Confidentiality is essential for you to feel safe to share personal thoughts and feelings with me. We will discuss this when we contract together.

As an accredited member of the BACP I adhere to their Ethical Framework for Counselling and Psychotherapy and have professional indemnity insurance and I also have regular clinical supervision.
